Reading: How to Think Like Leonardo da Vinci, by Michael Gelb
Weather: beautiful day; high clouds, light breeze
The ferret is: sleeping in the dog's bed
I just started my first class at BNU, Barnes & Noble University. I never even knew there was such a thing. It is, of course, to my skeptical little mind, merely a trick to get people to buy books. And did I buy books? Of course I did. I buy books all the time anyway. They might as well be for a class. That way there's less chance of them collecting dust and guilt.
The class is called "How to Think Like Leonardo da Vinci." I bought the main book and the workbook.notebook that goes with it. It's interesting so far, but there are at least 100 people taking the class, an awful lot of them are wide-eyed and positive yuppy sorts, all trendy and such. I'm not. We'll see what happens.
