die, Dell, die.

I have a dozen faculty. 14 units of this particular models. Right now, I have four of these units on tables in my workroom. All with various dead parts, hard drives, cd drives, or, best of all, system boards. Yeah. The entire system go kaplooie. On at least two. And, the replacement they sent the on-site hardware repair guy? Also dead. On arrival.

Rage is a good start to describing my mood. I am not a pleasant human being dealing with this. I hung up on a support drone, loudly, in front of a prof. That's how bad things are.

Seething. It's not just a verb form, it's a way of life.
