Alfredo sauce is evil. So is garlic bread (with baked-in whole cloves of garlic) with olive oil and balsamic vinegar to dip it in. Tasty. But evil.

This was our dinner tonight, as you smart people have already guessed. We had to peel our sorry asses off the couch and make ourselves take our walk after that. It was like a forced march. It hurt. I was cranky. Tim was tolerant. But, god dammit, we walked.

Thank goodness I did 350 words on my novel on BART this morning, otherwise my word count would be even worse:
