Hi guys!

My computer was in the shop for two weeks, but I was already behind on these. Finally, I have pictures up for River, week 52.





River is a little person. He babbles constantly, and I often understand him, if only by listening to the cadence of what he's saying. He laughs all the time. He learned to clap on his first birthday -- by now he's doing this thing where he'll take my hands and make *me* clap, laughing his head off as he does so. He really loves doing that. He has these little toys that function as whistles, and we laugh so hard when he does it that he'll try to get our attention that way when he thinks we're ignoring him too much. He loves turning pages and punching keys, opening and shutting doors and drawers. We let him walk down the hallway with us to the elevator, and sometimes in the garage from the elevator to the car. It's so cool, having this adorable, sweet little person who lives in our house with us. I am looking forward to getting to know the person he's becoming, and I feel honored that I get such a front-row seat.
