Hi.

I have a long entry that I wrote over vacation which I will post later.

Right now I just wanted to say that we're back safely and despite all my worries to the contrary (they got worse and worse, starting about the moment when we crossed the Ohio border last night and by the time we got home I had given myself a stomach ache over it), the house and its contents are still there, there was no bad news in the mail or on the answering machine and my office did not completely fall apart without me.

Go figure.

Anyway, we are home safely and working on returning to normal stress levels like everybody else so I promise not to sound like somebody who just got back from vacation for too long.
