2008-02-06 6:57 PM Crop Update Just thought I’d give you a corn and field mouse update. Steve my beloved handyman came by and *got ‘er done*. After I calmed down about the mutant field mouse growing in my garage, I realized the grain didn’t need to be thrown away, but could still be placed out in the woods for the deer. They are not quite as picky as we are regarding infested food. *gag* Steve reported that he saw deer droppings indicating some pretty big bucks had been in my yard – yup, he’s a regular Davy Crocket, my handyman is. Unfortunately, the mouse was no where to be found. I have brought all my ferns indoors to the garage so he may be nestled amongst the fronds, flattening them, no doubt.
Well, I’m off for some frivolity with friends. I put the “Public Viewing” post (my rant) into the private sector. If anyone would like to read it, email me and I will send it to you. The pics are worth at least a thousand words. xoxo Read/Post Comments (3) Previous Entry :: Next Entry Back to Top |
