I've cleared my schedule except for some key things - I'll stay low for a few days and see if the new meds help. I am simply going to attend the retreat at St. Mary's instead of volunteering. I'd get too much in the way. :) I don't like to whine, because I know a lot of you have similar aches & pains. But I hurt bad today and it made me sad.
