If you missed the comments of the last entry, I found out yesterday that my story "King of the Traffic Lights" was accepted and posted all in the same day

online arts journal sponsored by NCSU. It's a nice little zine and I'm happy the story found a place there; check out Alice Osborn's story as well, of which part two is up now.
Also, we found out this morning from Rudi that Janet won big-time in this year's Strange Horizons Reader's Choice Awards, first place for both Best Illustration (for Severna Park's story "The Island of Varos") and Best Gallery ("Dead Faeries and Melancholy"). Woo hoo! We did a little dance around the apartment. Here are the breakdowns:
