More strange truck signs...

A contractor's truck was parked outside my house this morning, and on the side of the truck was the company name, and the tag line "Design and Construction with a Feminine Touch."
On the good side, I'm guessing this was a woman-owned or run contracting company. That's cool.
But what's "Construction with a Feminine Touch"?
No pillars, flagpoles or jutting narrow upward projections?
