A classic no-win scenario:

"Does it bother you that all I talk about now is food?"

No more than it bothers me I have nothing new or interesting to say to you most of the time, and what I think is interesting, you could care less about.

Remember when it seemed we had a lot to talk about? I think I still do, or did I imagine it?

"Am I bossy and demanding?"

Or am I just too compliant, doing everything I possibly can for you, even if you always want more? If you are, it's because I lost your trust and subvered myself to always make you happy.

"You'll never lie to me, right?"

Does any of us really want the truth?
