Ok, real aftermath of some truth-telling, and some putting myself out on a limb for a connection with another human being: I had a good conversation, something real and true.

Rarely do my foolish exploits end in anything but failure. But this time was different. I think maybe I strengthened a friendship, instead of messing one up for a change.

God it was good. Maybe it will even happen again someday. :)
