2003-08-18 1:30 PM Corporate Morale Builders and Other Oxymorons Can someone please tell me when the definition of "moral building," involved a bunch of middle-management geek-boys deciding that everyone in the office, all of whom have much better things to do--such as their jobs, should participate in the whatever inane, purile, Romper-Room activites they can devise?
Okay, decorating fishtanks is going to improve moral. Maybe the fish's . . . Or, maybe we can all wear silly little buttons embossed with cheesy little homilies . . . Hey, wait a minute, I know! Let's give them a list of twenty words, team them up, and make them write a story using ALL TWENTY WORDS!!!!!!!!! Fer chrissakes. Somebody wake me up from the Dilbert-esque existence, please.
