2004-03-10 5:14 PM No News is Good News To those of you who look here in search of another tyrade against one injustice or another, it's not going to happen today.
I've just realized that I've been a little sparse on the journaling front the past week. I couldn't quite figure out what was going on and then it hit me: I've been pretty happy the last week or so. Unfortunately, when I get really happy, my production here in this journal starts to slip and my other writing production starts to increase. Good for me; not so much for this journal's readers. To make matters worse (better?) I'm holding out hope for something that would make me jump up and down for joy. I believe in my heart that its going to happen, but I'm not going to jinx it by talking about it yet. Keep your eyes peeled here for further news, though. So, I'll see if I can't find something to make me angry enough to write a full-on journal entry soon. But it's gonna have to be good. The new online writers group (Critical MS) kicks serious ass, the sun is out, I just spent a few days with my beautiful wife while her play was on break, and life is genuinely making me smile this week. I hope yours is doing the same. Joseph Haines, signing off from The Edge of the Abyss. Read/Post Comments (8) Previous Entry :: Next Entry Back to Top |
