2005-07-26 10:47 AM 66 Days Sixty-Six days from now, my lovely wife and I will be heading out of town on our way to Cleveland. Seems like a long time, but I know it's going to pass in a heartbeat.
There's so much to do. We need to buy a new car. We need to start liquidating the furniture and items we're not taking. The cat needs to go to the vet. We've got to get a trailer hitch installed for the new vehicle. Address changes. Banking changes. Utilities to arrange for disconnection. And then there's Cascadiacon right smack dab in the middle, along with friends from out of town arriving in August for WOTF (Writers of the Future, for those of you out of the loop). Our five year anniversary is Friday. Sheesh. Yeah, I don't think it's going to be a long sixty-six days at all. Get ready for a lot of anxiety venting here in the next couple of months. Joseph Haines, signing off from The Edge of the Abyss. Read/Post Comments (7) Previous Entry :: Next Entry Back to Top |
