2007-03-06 6:06 AM Smiles Rich Horton, in the March issue of Locus, has this to say about my story, The Man Behind the Curtain.
Abyss and apex, in its first quarterly issue for 2007, has more and longer stories than usual. Best are a solid novelette from Joseph Paul Haines, "The Man Behind the Curtain," about a man trying to reconcile with his beloved older sister after their mother's death... Rich Horton liked one of my stories? Who'd a thunk it? Nice boost for a Tuesday morning . . . Joseph Haines, signing off from The Edge of the Abyss.
