It wasn't just Bouchercon that put me behind. It was the post-Bouchercon reintegration into my usual life. Though I didn't write for many days, I did think about it. And so tonight I pulled a marathon.
And managed to make my "Novel Dare" total a bit more respectable.
Reminds of college -- waiting until the last day before an assignment was due to knock out what should have been a daily process.
Oh, well! Whatever works. Onward to November.
