THE WEIGHT LOSS PROJECT

I've forgotten what my starting weight was exactly, but I do recall tipping the old scale at 230 at least once. Like most people my weight fluctuates. My previous "range" used to be between 222-225. Well the cool news is that I actually weighed in at 199! This is the first time in almost 13 years that I weighed in under 200.

I am told I will probably lose some more after the Martial Arts Training for my next belt. That happens August 16.

From the WHY THE FUCK IS THIS NEWS? Department...

I absolutely loathe Barbara Walters. The fact that I have to see her on NEWS channels makes me sick. The fact that she's in the news because someone even more of an idiot than her said something bad about her makes me want to rip the cable out of the wall.

Who the hell is Star Jones? I'm proud to say I have no idea who she is. So why does anyone give a rat's ass about their little quarrel?

WHY I COULD NEVER WORK IN A BOOKSTORE

Because I would not be able to restrain myself from smacking people who pick up books, carry them around, and then just drop them anywhere. I'd also hit the assholes who leave their Starbucks cup on the shelf by the books. And don't get me started on the cafe. Why can't people do even a minimal cleanup when leaving a table? I regularly get to a table that has empty cups and plates, spilled sugar, wadded up napkins, and whatever shitty entertainment magazines the idiots were reading for free.

And YES, it is always entertainment magazines.
