2005-11-10 4:00 PM FORBIDDEN FRUIT Read/Post Comments (0) |
"What is forbidden is desirable... breaking taboos can also be attractive in and of itself; the breaking sometimes is at least as attractive as the act involved, because more happens than the sex."
Sex has mystery, magic, a hint of the forbidden. Is the drive for sexual relations the half-hidden desire to do something of which the world and conventional society disapproves? To engage in acts that may ultimately be as self-destructive as they are satisfying... perhaps that in itself is the innate desire. In the Bible, sex is never mentioned until Eve eats the forbidden fruit. Perhaps the fruit is not fruit at all, but the act of engaging in sex. Must you be seeking forbben desires or to break rules to engage in secret rendueves under the covers or in the backseat of a Buick? Desirable sexual relations can be just that --desired. Humans are innately sexual beings. Only in the last several hundred years have humans began to deny their sexual desires. As the Marquesa says, "Hamsters can fuck. It takes an intelligent human being to be perverted." Sex is not just about genitalia. The Marquesa: "Putting a cock in a cunt is not necessarily the punctuation at the end of a sexual sentence." Sex is about sensually, physically, emotionally and spiritually challenging one's self and your partner. A good sexual redevue can stimulate your mind, body and spirit. Humans have the intelligence and creativity to challenge sexual desires in one another. Sexual desire whether seen as forbidden or not should be enbraced with both hands. And maybe handcuffs. -kln- mis·tress (mstrs) n. 1. A woman in a position of authority, or control 2. A woman with ultimate control over something 3.
