2004-11-08 12:55 PM Proud Mama and a confession Previous Entry :: Next Entry Read/Post Comments (0) Today I'm going to allow myself a public proud mama brag. :) I have to remind myself to do this every so often or I'll look back and not be able to remember these toddler days that pass so quickly. Marc is developing so fast. A month or so ago, all he could say was "mama", "dada" and "doggie". Now he's added "cookie", "no", "eieio", "row, row, row", "thank you" (sounds like "da dyoo!"), "meow", "nose", "cracker" (sounds like "caca" LOL), "cheese" (sounds like "yeesh"), shoes (sounds like "dooz").
Oh yes, and his newest one from last night. He says "D-D-D-D-D-Doda!". *sigh* I was raised under the "TV will rot your brain" method of parenting. I only let Marc watch Dora the Explorer on a regular basis, and it's pretty educational. But boy does he love it. The moment he hears the "Dora! Boots! ... D-D-D-D-D-Dora!" begining, he starts laughing and dancing. It's awfully cute, but thanks to my indoctrination into the belief that tv will rot your brain, I feel like a bad mom. It's still awfully cute though. ;) Read/Post Comments (0) Previous Entry :: Next Entry Back to Top |
