By the time we left, they'd taught Marc to say "Yay Dodgers!" and then "Bye-bye Dodgers" as we left. :) We ended up leaving during the 7th inning stretch because it was 9:00 and Marc was getting very antsy. We're probably going to go again when they play the Cubbies at the end of the month, so then I'll have to teach him to say "Yay Cubbies!". I'll probably be outnumbered though...
I know I'm starting to sound like a broken record, but all these new language developments make Marc seem like so much more of a big kid instead of a baby. While we were leaving, he wanted to walk. I was the only one holding his hand, but he was still trying to swing and of course end up dropping to his knees instead. Then he tried to catch up to Marcelo saying "Wait! Daddy wait! Daddy wait! Hand!" and tried to pull Marcelo's hand down so he could swing between the two of us. :) Read/Post Comments (0) Previous Entry :: Next Entry Back to Top |
