Thanks for your input guys :) I called the department that handles licensing of child and adult care businesses and filed a complaint. I just told them what I saw and left it up to them to decide whether it was worth pursuing and what to do about it. They said they'll go out and do an inspection of the day care and may want to ask me more questions. We'll see what comes of it. I'm so glad I followed my instinct and didn't choose her when I was originally choosing a day care.
