Marc's school has been doing a pretty good job of teaching a diverse winter holiday lesson. My father-in-law was disappointed that the school isn't having a Christmas pageant, but I'm quite pleased that the school isn't entirely Christmas-centric.

In addition to the various Christmas crafts, they learned to play dreidel and sing the dreidel song. (Marc's been singing it all week and explaining the rules of the game, along with the wistful "I wish I had a dreidel..." LOL) They are learning about Kwanzaa this week.

I'm not sure if they will do anything else, likely they're trying to incorporate the various holidays the kids that attend the school will be celebrating.
