2004-12-29 1:09 PM let it snow let it snow let it snow It's snowing.
Because it's Tokyo, it's very light, wet sloppy snowflakes that barely make enough snow to cover the ground, but still it's great. Mia and Naoto made snowmen (or actually, snow/mud/leaves men) We bundled up and walked across the street to our favorite (read: closest) yakiniku (korean barbecue) restaurant. What a great thing to eat yakiniku with the heat of the coals coming into your face while the large windows exhibit a pristine Tokyo (the gray concrete and dirt hidden by white). I think we should make this a suzuki family tradition. Whenever the first snow of the year hits, we should eat yakiniku. Naoto says that if we live in California, it won't snow. Sigh.
