2005-03-24 5:50 PM 13 things that don't make sense I'm stealing this from Neil Gaiman's blog.
An article in the New Scientist explains 13 things about science that are currently causing conundrums among the cognizant. My favorites are the inexplicable acceleration of the Pioneer spacecraft, the finding of methane (and thus possibly life) on Mars, and the Cold Fusion thing. It just made me feel all highbrow to read about those things. It's good to know that not EVERYTHING is already explained. I also noticed on BoingBoing.net that the Hobbit bones found in Indonesia were damaged by an Indonesian scientist. Don't Mess with Frodo!
