Today on my way home (in the 100 degree plus heat) from buying Mia shin guards (who knew you needed shin guards for preschool soccer? Not me, for sure. Luckily the organizer dude was all like "buy those first timers shin guards and they'll end up liking soccer better. Luckily for us, there were pink shin guards at G.I. Joes) for her soccer that's starting next week, we passed a road I'd never noticed before.
