We discovered last night that we have a leaky pipe (or Air Conditioner) above the master bathroom. The ceiling has begun to bend and we see the think layer of paint appears to be the only thing keeping 20 or so gallons of water from crashing down on us.

The landlord is supposed to be here in 30 minutes to check it out. He built the house, so there really isn't a better person to fix the place, since he knows the ins and outs.

My mood is still happy over all though. My personal life is amazing as always. :)
