My Product is Useful!
Two months ago I created a CRM based issue tracking/resolution system for my company. Our staff was cut pretty dramatically, so we needed a way to handle problems in an efficient manner. We needed to avoid spending time fixing some insignificant for a customer that pays $19.95/month, and make sure to fix the problems for our customers that are paying $300 or $10,000/month.
It's been working like a charm for us, we've been able to support our customers with a reduced staff and it's working REALLY well. Well, today, my boss got a call from the Directory of National Support and he wants to know how much time and resources it would take to implement my CRM system in every office across the country! WOW!
It really feels good when people place that kind of value on my products. :)
