Some people feel a real need to disapprove of who others have chosen to be. I should know, I was brought up in a family and religion that encouraged it.. but I've tried to leave that judgemental attitude behind. I wish more people would understand how unkind they can be when they judge others and their decisions. It really hurts...

Despite that bit of darkness, however, I feel that I have the best life, and am happy with my state of being. :) True Love ™ rules.

I watched Jenn at her belt test this last Saturday, and I could not have been more proud. Her instructor did his best to utterly break her (and the others testing), but she made it through. Literally doing HUNDREDS of pushups... that's not hyperbole. She's been in pain ever since (she pushed her muscles farther than they've ever been pushed), and the pain probably isn't over. However, I am ultimately proud of her. My martial arts tests have never been anywhere near as challenging as hers was. She is an incredibly strong person.
