Jenn and I have been working all day on getting our new apartment into a livable shape and it's really starting to work.

I walk into the different rooms and I'm all excited when I see how nice the place is becoming. I'm really excited about my life with Jenn, and this is just a physical incarnation of that life.

This weekend started very well, and it promises to end well too! Last night, Jenn, Jason, Slangman and I had dinner with one of my co-workers, Roger, his wife Naoko, and their children Emma and Meg. Their daughters are wonderful, Meg is a little young to interact with, but Emma is precosious and adorable. :) It was sort of a business dinner... Naoko and Roger were giving the Slang-gang some feedback on the ESL books they publish. Afterwards though, Jenn and I went back to Roger and Naoko's home and we talked and played Go until 1 am! :) Roger is teaching us how to play Go, and at one point, he was playing two games at once! One against me, and one against Jenn.
So, beginning good, middle good. Tomorrow, Ken and Shelley are coming over, cooking us food, gaming with us, and then going to volleyball! Woo! Sunday is going to rule. :)
