Employer Mind Games... check this out
Ok, so apparently some employer out there got a list of people from monster.com with a certain list of qualifications and sent them an email asking for their resume...
..but they want your resume and the results of a Thomas-Jung Personality Type Indicator. Check this test out... it's kind of scary the kind of mental traits they are looking to identify.
Apparently they are looking for strangeness in the way you write certain thoughts... like "I am very happy today. My mother is very beautiful." Are they looking to see if I write those statements differently... testing to see if I'm an angry person or something?
Here's one that really messes with my head:
"12 + 36 = 48 and 9,000 - 75 = 8,950"
it's wrong. 9000-75 is 8925, not 8950... so, are they testing to see if I'll change it and if so what does that say? That's just messed up.
