I had a great 2nd interview this morning, got to meet the founders of the company and a few more people. I even went out to lunch with two of the programmers afterwards. We geeked about Java and I listened intently to see how much they would bitch about work at all. There seemed to be no complaints from them except for an impending office move that might result in longer commutes.
