I had a fairly full weekend, despite the inherent lameness of Jenn being in another state. I did a little golfing with a buddy from work, went to a friend's b-day party, cleaned the house, and setup a brand new wireless network in our apartment! woo!

Golf

First time golfing in a couple of years at least. Definately started rocky, evened out a little bit by the end. I still find myself a consistently mediocre/sucky player. I can't believe in all this time of not playing that I'm still not getting any better. Sheesh... what's wrong with the universe. :) I suffer from the Happy Gilmore disease.. I can drive 250 years (300 on a really nice drive)... can't chip or putt to save my life. Woo hoo! On the green in 2.... and then a 6 putt. *sigh*

Wi-Fi

The primary motivator was so that Jenn can use her new iBook around the house. I picked up a LinkSys W11S4PC11 router + pcmcia card combo. Jenn's iBook is totally wireless now and soon my old crappy laptop will be RedHat + wireless enabled.
