Google vs. Cornell
heh... a study was done to compare Google Answers against a set of Research Librarians from Cornell. :)
Google Answers is a site where you can post questions for a small fee and a staff of more than 500 screened Researchers will find the answer for you... very similiar to what Research Librarians do.
The results found them to be fairly equal with Cornell being a little bit better. They also state though that the results were evalutated by other Research Librarians so what constitutes a good answer will be skewed in favor of the Librarians (their own admission).
