Just read on Slate about a new layout for elements. Instead of the big grid, it's laid out in a curved fashion that lets you relate groups of elements in a couple different directions. They put it on top of an image of a galaxy to give the shape of the chart a more tangible form. It's weird.. I'm going to be taking chemistry again in a year or two, I wonder what chart we'll be using.
