At the very least I started the night without a fever, so I was able to get a few hours of sleep. That was good. The fever returned around 4am or so and invaded my dreams, so I came back downstairs to the Chair of Sleeping.

I have discovered though that The Lord of the Rings extended version is an excellent way to deal with fever dreams. Since it moves in epic strokes without much jumping around (at least Fellowship does), it helped my mind move slowly and allowed me to rest a little more.

I tell you, fever does weird things to you. If I ever do decide to continue on to the Doctoral program, I swear I'm going to write a paper about febrile dreams.

Drinking gatorade. Just had some chicken soup. Soon to the Battle of Helms Deep.
