I'm 31 and I just handed out my first Treats
I either didn't celebrate Halloween or lived in a gated apartment building previously, so I've never given out candy to Trick or Treaters. (Ok, well last year I lived here, but by the time the Trick or Treaters came around, I was unfortunately, painfully, horribly altered.)
