Teaching to the Test
I have a teacher who is terrible. She doesn't really teach the information, she just teaches to the test. In fact, she actually just admitted it.
She said, "I don't really understand it either, but this is what you are going to be asked on your tests, so it's best just to memorize it now so you can be prepared for the test."
Fucking BRILLIANT.
