I need to exercise more. I know this. You know this. My doctor knows this. People who haven't even met me know this.
I was sitting today watching Olympic Badminton and suddenly got the feeling that I missed playing Badminton. I used to play a lot in High School and a small amount in college.
I was moved to action.
I did some web searches and found out that SMC was offering an Open Badminton gym RIGHT AT THIS MOMENT. How could I pass up something so convenient? So, I got off my ass and headed down to SMC.
Oh. My. God. I am so tired. Going to try doing this regularly.
