Unexpected Bonus of the All-Edge Brownie Pan
I got the All Edge Brownie Pan for Laura for her Birthday because she likes the edge pieces of the brownies. I personally like the softer middle pieces. However, it turns out that due to structure of the pan, the brownies cook evenly throughout! Which means that every brownie has a nice consistent texture.
