2003-09-27 2:01 PM Bloody Casper Mood: Sympathetic Read/Post Comments (4) |
Shelley's bike, Casper, now sports a swish of blood on one of its bars. That's because Shelley hit a rock (while looking at a cool hanging wooden skeleton on the porch of a general store), and took a spill wherein she lost a lot of skin from her knees, from an elbow, and from many knuckles.
:-( Ooo, but the hydrogen peroxide stings! She said no pictures, so there's nothing to see, but send her a note of sympathy if you wish. We left Casper at the shop, for a general tune-up and realignment of some components that got knocked out of whack in the fall. We finished our 35-mile ride (half after the fall), however, so though stingingly painful, the wounds are not debilitating. Just pussey and ugly. :-( Read/Post Comments (4) Previous Entry :: Next Entry Back to Top |
