If you like Celtic music and related folk songs, check out the on-line radio station CelticRadio.net.
They offer a continuous stream of good music, of course, but even better: you can look up practically any Celtic piece and request it online. They show a queue of pieces coming up, too.
I haven't done enough testing yet to determine what the request lag is, but so far it hasn't been long (less than 20 minutes). I'm also not sure how they schedule songs in relation to particular pieces being requested a lot, by a whole bunch of people versus just one, by subscribers versus guests, etc., but the concept's great!
They have some, ahem, eclectic pieces once in a while too, such as the Star Wars and Addams Family theme songs played on bagpipes! (Request the Scottish Rogues' piece called "7 Minutes" if you want to hear them.)
