Just got word from my boss that it's okay to take a leave to participate in a dig. But now I have to run it by the person that I really work for, and see what she says. We have nothing planned for the summer, so I don't expect it to be a problem. But one never knows.

And I did ask about changing cubicles, but the only one available does not seem any better than the current one. Since the beginning of the year, a temporary consultant we had no longer works here, and he had some particularly annoying habits, so things have improved at work, noise-wise, with his departure.

We had one of Shelley's colleagues over tonight to read the Spanish voice-overs for the demo CDs, so they continue to approach finality. (Everything takes longer than expected.)
