Yesterday and today it broke 100 degrees outside... rather warmer than it should be this time of year, and it does not bode well for the summer.

But we've found a number of delicious frozen alcoholic drink recipes that we've been working our way through. So far they've used some or all of the following in different proportions:

creme de menthe
chocolate liqueur
creme de cacao
Bailey's Irish cream
vodka
light cream or half-and-half
ice cream
shaved ice
crushed Oreos

They have names like Peppermint Penguin and Grasshopper. We also like the Creamsicle mix from TGI Friday's.
