So I'm sitting here in my cubicle at my workstation and suddenly there's a very loud BANG! Everyone in the surrounding cubicles start chattering and wondering what it was, same as me.

Then I realize my bike tube has just spontaneously blown out!

That's totally weird. And what's worse is that the spare tube in my bag has the wrong king of air valve so I cannot use it. I don't want to carry the bike all the way down to the shop.

So... I'll just catch the train home and come get the bike tomorrow morning -- I can lock it to a table here so it should be safe enough.

Sigh.
