Tomorrow was supposed to be the start of Baby's First Camping Adventure (at Morro Bay State Park up the coast a few hours). It would be the Meeplemobile's first out-of-town drive as well.

But alas and alack, the weather's supposed to be cold and rainy, which to our minds would not be much fun and a poor introduction of Baby to adventuring. Of course we find the disappointment crushing, but it seems the wiser course to cancel our reservations and play homebody instead.

I'ven't decided how to spend my day off tomorrow, then, which is an unusual holiday Friday for us state employees because of Cesar Chavez Day. I suppose puttering around the house doing chores and menial tasks will have to suffice. Maybe some game coding, likely some Warcrafting too. Maybe work on a stained glass window design, read a book, watch a movie.

Oh yeah, do taxes too.
