On Saturday we attended Jennise's birthday party. Of course we took Kelley along, and put her in a dark room in her pack-n-play at bedtime. She seemed to settle in fine for the night, even though she had tripped and fallen into a chair leg a little earlier.

After a couple thoroughly enjoyable rounds of Apples to Apples, Kelley woke up and wanted to join us. Shelley had her on shoulder/lap when without warning much vomit came out of the poor baby. Shelley took the brunt of it. After clean-up, it happened once or twice more and we headed home.

Turns out she had a 24-hour flu of some sort, apparently, with all the attendant problems like fever and not being able to keep food or water down. Sunday progressed slowly with Kelley not feeling well until mid-day Monday after a very long afternoon nap.

Things seem to be back to normal today. With luck Daddy and Mommy won't catch her bug.
