We got our Interwebs back today, and a phone number. Our mailbox extension request went through, so we also have a new address (mailbox going up this weekend).

Summary: uneventful drive across the country. Kelley and pets did really, really well. We arrived in Ithaca on Thursday night and stayed with friends for two nights, then in the new house for the first time on Saturday night.

Our moving truck arrived on Monday and offloaded. The sellers *still* don't have all their stuff out of the house. It's been rather cold (even had snow!) as well as rainy this past week.

We've moved a lot of boxes, but a vast amount of unpacking remains to be done. The moving company estimator thinks we did not honestly tell him how much stuff we had, so we may have some grief in that area.

And Shelley does like the house.
