I read Vickie Hinze's Journal this morning about health or lack of it due to improper diet and no exercise. This hit me between the eyes because I am a diabetic and damned mad about it. It's my own fault, you see, as I never cared that all the bad stuff I ate as a young person was killing me. Well, I care plenty now.

I went out to research stomach stapling as I heard on the news last night a new method they are perfecting that has no surgery. Rather, they go through the mouth and down into the stomach on the route that food travels and after that it was a bit gobble-de-gook, but basically they took care of the stomach issue from there.

When I was surfing I found this guy's diary, and toward the end, I found his livejournal diary which is ongoing. I friended him. Maybe you will find it interesting too.
