First, I am not a total complainer, but today I just gotta whine.

I got to work and before 830am I had two phone calls from the same woman asking about her account. I also had to work the receptionist's desk because she was out with a sick child and it is monthend, which means no one else was free enough to sit up there.

I am sitting doing another person's job, and there are four zillion people demanding me to do my own. I can only be in one place at one time, folks! GRRR!!
