One of my lab students from last night just called me to tell me he had a dream about me. Nothing lascivious, mind you. Apparently I was an auto shop teacher and he was in my class. During the class, my fiance walked in to announce that he had purchased an auto repair shop for me as an anniversary gift. This dream was so detailed that it included an anniversary date (which was wrong) and the color of my fiance's hair (which was also wrong).

None of which is as weird as the fact that the student felt compelled to call me up and tell me about it this morning. I guess I have to stop traumatizing the students in lab.
